She loves communication as she has a degree in Languages. Elena is fluent in Italian, English and French. She is passionate about barriers being erased and people with sightless or low vision securing permanent employment. Her creativity brings together business and spirituality.

Eye to Eye Aware

This project is linked to the book Shining Light on Blindness. Its aim is to coach employers and their teams through the process of hiring someone with low vision. Its goal is to see people with low vision gain and retain longterm employment, so they can fully participate in society.

It is essential for these invisible barriers to come down so people can be valued for what they have to offer.
